Canadian Canoe Museum

The Canadian Canoe Museum is a unique national heritage center that explores the canoe's enduring significance to the peoples of Canada.

Experience the world's largest collection of canoes, kayaks, and paddled watercraft and learn how the canoe has defined the Canadian character and spirit. Spend the day at this fun and family-friendly museum where you can see more than 100 canoes and kayaks on display. Visitors young and old will enjoy hands-on galleries, a scavenger hunt, a chance to build your own model canoe and even a puppet theatre!

The Canoe Museum offers a myriad of ways to engage with us; from summer paddling camps for kids to museum-based experiential school program to adult artisan workshops, guided tours, facility rentals, and special public events to name just a few. We look forward to seeing you here!
